That yellow liquid is aloin, a naturally bitter latex found just under the skin of every raw aloe leaf — it isn't spoilage. Before using the leaf, slice off both ends and stand it upright in a bowl for 10–15 minutes so the aloin drains out. Rinse the cut ends under running water, then slice the leaf open to scoop the clear gel. This step is standard for any fresh, unprocessed aloe leaf and takes a couple of minutes.
For most of our powders (Amla, Shikakai, Reetha), warm water is enough to form a smooth paste — start with a 2:1 ratio of powder to water and adjust until it's spreadable. If your skin or scalp tends to be on the drier side, you can substitute a small amount of the water with a mild carrier oil like coconut or sesame oil. Avoid mixing powders with very hot water, as it can reduce their natural potency.
Our shade-dried and freeze-dried powders (Amla, Shikakai, Reetha, Aloe Vera Powder) stay good for 9–12 months from the pack date if kept sealed in a cool, dry place. Fresh raw aloe leaves are a living product — refrigerate them and use within 5–7 days of delivery for the best gel quality. We pack orders close to dispatch, so you're always getting a recent harvest.
Yes. Aloe leaves are naturally thick and moisture-retentive, which makes them fairly resilient in transit. We wrap each leaf individually in breathable paper, then cushion the pack inside the box to prevent bruising or crushing during handling. In the rare case a leaf arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
We currently accept UPI only. Once you confirm your order on WhatsApp, we'll send a UPI payment link or QR code for the exact amount. After payment, share the transaction screenshot in the same chat and we'll confirm and move straight to packing. We don't ask for card details or OTPs over WhatsApp — never share those with anyone claiming to be us.
Our herbs are unprocessed and contain no added chemicals, but every individual's skin reacts differently to natural ingredients. We recommend a patch test on your inner forearm 24 hours before first use, and suggest checking with a dermatologist if you have an existing skin or scalp condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been packed yet, we can usually adjust the quantity, product, or cancel it with a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but our damage and replacement policy still applies if anything arrives in poor condition.
