Where the idea came from
Most "herbal" products on shelves today are mostly something else — bulking agents, synthetic preservatives, fragrance, and a small trace of the herb the label is named after. We noticed that gap while sourcing raw Aloe leaves for our own families, and it kept getting harder to answer a simple question honestly: what's actually in this?
Prakriti Pure started as an answer to that question. Every product we sell contains exactly one ingredient — the herb itself, harvested, dried and packed with nothing else mixed in.
Raw, single-ingredient Ayurveda vs. commercial mixtures
Traditional Ayurvedic practice treats each herb as complete on its own — Amla for Vitamin C and hair strength, Shikakai as a gentle cleanser, Aloe for cooling and hydration. Commercial wellness brands blend dozens of these together with stabilisers so the final product looks consistent on a shelf for two years.
We chose the opposite trade-off. Our pouches look a little different batch to batch, because a real harvest does too — and every gram inside is still just the plant.
Our sourcing standards
Four checkpoints every batch has to clear before it reaches your door.
Single farm cluster per herb
Each product is sourced from one trusted growing region, so quality and origin stay traceable and consistent.
Shade or freeze-dried only
We never use high-heat industrial drying, which strips the natural potency we're trying to preserve.
No sulphur, no bleaching
Powders keep their natural colour and texture — no treatments to make them look "cleaner" than they are.
Small batches, tested before packing
We pack in small runs and check moisture and purity per batch, instead of one annual mass production cycle.
Our zero-chemical pledge
If it isn't the plant, it isn't in the pouch. No synthetic preservatives, no fragrance, no anti-caking agents, no artificial colour — ever, on any product we sell, now or in the future.
What we never add
Maltodextrin, silica, synthetic fragrance, artificial colour, or chemical preservatives of any kind.
What we never do
Blend multiple herbs into one "formula" without telling you, or dilute a batch to stretch its yield.
